Insurance and Self-Pay

We recommend that all new patients complete a 15-minute complimentary phone consultation before booking their first appointment, whether using insurance or paying out of pocket.  

🌿 Insurance Options

Coverage, copayments, and deductibles vary depending on your individual insurance plan. 

To use insurance, please go to the Appointments tab, select “Payment Type: Private/Commercial Insurance,” select a day and time for your virtual session, complete the client information form, and choose the insurance option. If your insurance is not listed, please contact us to verify coverage. Once verified, the office will contact you to schedule your appointment.

💳 Self-Pay Options

Self-pay offers flexible access to care without insurance restrictions. 

  • New Patient Evaluation  — $300

  • Follow-Up Evaluation and medication management — $150–$250

  • Psychotherapy — $150–$200

Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit Cards and Zelle.

To use self-pay, please select a day and time for your virtual session, complete the client information form, and select Cash / Out-of-Pocket as your payment option.   

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $100 fee. Appointments missed without notice (no-show): The full session fee will be charged.
